After upgrading to the latest version of Wordpress (2.7), we have had problems with the plugin paged Comments by Keyvan.

This plugin, which we have been using some time now and has enabled us to get a better performance in terms of memory consumption, is not fully compatible with Wordpress 2.7. Part of navigation does not work, because in Wordpress implemented a similar system (although still limited) to do the same job.

The solution is very simple, just enough to edit in 4 files: canonical.php, comment-template.php, link-template.php and rewrite.php (all in the folder wp-includes) the following: comment-page by something similar (in my case, comments-page).

Once edited, and then upload it on our server, you should delete all the cache was created (if you use any plugin as WP-Cache, etc.). And disable the option of wordpress paged (in Settings -> Discussion).

If that does not work, try to disable and enable the plug again, and go to Settings -> Permalinks and click on Save Changes.

I find this solution ideal as it does not change the urls in the page (eg avoiding. Lose indexing in Google, Yahoo, etc.). And it works without problem.
